Subscription and payments

How can I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time after logging in, in the My account section. You will retain access to the program until the end of the already paid subscription period
What should I do if my payment fails or is declined?
Check that you have sufficient funds and that your payment details are up to date. In some cases, the payment may be declined by your bank or payment provider. If the issue persists, contact us using the form below
Where can I find my payment confirmation?
The payment confirmation is sent by the payment provider you used during the purchase. Check the email address you entered during payment, including your Spam folder
Why was I charged a recurring payment?

If you have an active subscription, the payment is automatically charged after one year. You can avoid recurring charges by canceling your subscription before the end of the subscription period in the My account section

What should I do if the website does not load or works slowly?
Try refreshing the page or using a different browser. We recommend using the latest version of your browser and a stable internet connection
What should I do if content or videos do not display correctly?
Check your internet connection and try reloading the page. If you use browser extensions, try disabling them temporarily
What should I do if the issue only occurs on mobile?
Some older devices or browsers may have limitations. If possible, try using a different device or update your system and browser
